Terms of Service

By purchasing from Nick’s Equipment Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Condition

Nick’s Equipment Solutions sells salvaged and aftermarket agricultural parts.

Used parts:

  • Are previously operated components

  • May contain wear, corrosion, cosmetic defects, or aging materials

  • Are not restored or rebuilt unless explicitly stated

All parts are sold as-is unless otherwise noted.

Fitment Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

We provide model information to the best of our knowledge, however variations between years, serial breaks, and modifications exist in agricultural equipment.

Nick’s Equipment Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect diagnosis

  • Improper application

  • Installation on incompatible equipment

Installation & Mechanical Liability

All mechanical installation is performed at the buyer’s risk.

Nick’s Equipment Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Labor costs

  • Downtime

  • Equipment damage

  • Crop loss

  • Towing expenses

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Any consequential or incidental damages

Improper installation, adjustment, or maintenance may result in equipment failure. The purchaser assumes all responsibility once the part is installed.

No Warranty on Used Parts

Used parts carry no warranty expressed or implied.

Aftermarket parts are subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

Electrical Components

Electrical parts are non-returnable and not guaranteed due to the inability to verify installation conditions.

Order Cancellation

Orders may not be canceled once shipped.

Freight orders may not be canceled after palletizing or carrier scheduling.

Pricing Errors

Nick’s Equipment Solutions reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from listing or pricing mistakes.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the part only.

Nick’s Equipment Solutions shall never be responsible for indirect damages or losses resulting from use of any product sold.

Agreement

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
