By accessing or purchasing from Nick’s Equipment Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Nature of Products

Nick’s Equipment Solutions sells salvaged and aftermarket agricultural equipment parts.

Used parts:

  • Are previously operated components

  • May show wear, corrosion, discoloration, or cosmetic defects

  • Are not rebuilt or remanufactured unless specifically stated

All used components are sold as-is.

Fitment Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

Agricultural equipment often contains serial breaks, design changes, and modifications.
Any model information provided is to the best of our knowledge but not guaranteed.

Nick’s Equipment Solutions is not responsible for incorrect diagnosis or incorrect part selection.

Installation & Mechanical Risk

All parts must be installed by a qualified individual.

Nick’s Equipment Solutions is not liable for:

  • Labor costs

  • Downtime

  • Equipment damage

  • Crop loss

  • Towing expenses

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Any consequential or incidental damages

The purchaser assumes all risk once the part is installed.

Warranty

Used parts carry no warranty expressed or implied.

Aftermarket parts are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty when applicable.

Electrical Components

Electrical items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to installation variables beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Freight orders cannot be canceled after palletizing or carrier scheduling.

Pricing Errors

Nick’s Equipment Solutions reserves the right to cancel orders caused by listing or pricing mistakes.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the item sold.

Nick’s Equipment Solutions shall not be responsible for indirect damages resulting from use of any product.

Agreement

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges they have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
